Shipping Questions

Yes! All our gift boxes have FREE Standard Shipping to any Australian address, pre-designed or those you build yourself. If you would like express shipping we will ship via Australia Post, additional $12.95.

Standard shipping is free for all gift boxes. If you're shipping multiple BYO gift boxes to the same metro address we have promo codes for discounted shipping (see Q5 below).

Express shipping is $12.95 per box for all gift boxes.

We dispatch quickly! Where possible all gift boxes will ship the day of receipt. It's tricky to give an accurate time for deliveries, but know that we are packing and delivering to dispatcher as quicky as we can. We generally advise standard shipping is anywhere from 3-7 days and Express between 2-3.

We email an order confirmation straight away so please check that the delivery details are accurate (check your spam folder). If you've made a mistake let us know asap and if your order hasn't been sent, it's easily fixed. If your gift has been shipped it may be too late to change the address but we'll do our best. Please note that corrections/changes to addresses & parcels marked 'return to sender' will result in re-delivery fees.
If you think your delivery is late, the first thing to do is check the shipment status via the tracking details emailed to you (check you spam folder if you don't recall receiving one). If it's marked as 'delivered' and you still think there's an issue, then check with the recipient because sometimes couriers leave parcels somewhere sneaky like behind pot plants, bins or even with a neighbour. If they've checked and haven't got it, then get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
Yes we do, however, please check that the patient can receive parcels and confirm how long they will be in hospital, as we don't want the lovely gift box being delivered after they have returned home! We also need the ward and or room # and any other information.

We'll often ring the hospital if this information is missing, but sometimes we're too busy, so please if you can that's a big help.

To help ensure a perfect delivery, it's a good idea to check that someone will be available to accept delivery. If no-one is there, couriers have "authority to leave", meaning that they will leave the parcel somewhere safe at the delivery address. If there is nowhere safe to leave it (eg units/apartments), a card will be left; the parcel is taken to a nearby depot, agency or Post Office for collection or re-delivery.

We keep our chocolate in the fridge (who doesn't want a chocolate fridge?), and when sending in extreme hot weather we include an ice pack. However, these only last a day or so, and if the recipient isn't home and the parcel is left outside in the heat, the chocolate may still be impacted. If you have any concerns, we recommend choosing express shipping or choosing other lovely products in your gift box. Once the gift has left our studio, unless the item is faulty, we do not accept responsibility for chocolate or other items that have been impacted by heat.

Build Your Own Bundle Questions

To get started go to the 'Build your own Bundle' page. Follow the steps to choose your gift box and minimum 2 products and up to 10, to include in your special gift box. You can scroll through everything, or filter by tag. To add a product to your box, hover over the item until you see a "+" and click it. To remove an item, click the "-" button. To see what's in your box, you can either scroll up to the top of the page to the virtual gift box, or scan your eyes down to the bottom of the screen where you'll see little images of the beautiful items you've chosen. When you're finished, click "complete my box" and follow the instructions to choose a card and enter a message, pay, etc.
We suggest 2-10 items. If you would like more, just give us a call on 0447 742 114 and we'll see what we can work out. We like to think anything is possible!!

Ordering, Payment & Invoicing

We accept Visa, MasterCard and direct deposit via the website or invoicing for multiple orders. For direct deposits, our banking details are on the copy of your order. Orders will be dispatched once payment is received into our bank account, which can take up to 2 business days. If you work with a business with multiple orders per month, or would like to discuss invoicing, please email hello@bundleandtwine.com.au and we can chat.
We do have occasional promotions. To find out more you'll want to join our Bundle Club and follow us on socials.
No, we never send any invoices or other documents with the gifts boxes. We do include a gift card with your message handwritten on it.
Absolutely! Just add all of the gift boxes that you would like to your shopping cart and at checkout, clearly state the addresses for each gift box in the "delivery instructions" box, or if it's easier, just send us a separate email with your order number and all of the shipping details and we'll take care of it. Be sure to use the promo codes in Q9 above to reduce the shipping costs (if you're sending to dyo boxes to the same metro location).
