Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding all Public Holidays. While we accept orders from all over the world, we currently only deliver within Australia.

Approximate shipping times are detailed below, but if you don't want to worry about figuring out when to send your gift, why not send it early? We can attach a 'PLEASE OPEN ME ON (insert date)'... sticker to the outside of your gift. Then you can relax, confident that your gift will arrive with time to spare - and it will still be a surprise until the day you nominate. Just tell us the date you'd like on your sticker in the "Delivery instructions" box at checkout. Eg 'Please open me on your birthday' or 'please open me on Sunday' etc.

If ordering 2 or more design your own gift boxes for delivery to the same metro address, use promo code 2BOXES (if shipping 2 boxes) and $12.95 will be deducted from your cart; use 3BOXES (if shipping 3 boxes) and $21.95 will be deducted. If ordering more than 3 boxes, please get in touch for shipping discounts. These promo codes will only be honoured for these specified purposes and are not valid for pre-designed boxes as shipping is free on those already.
OTHER IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Correct delivery details: It's really important that we receive accurate delivery addresses as there may be delays and/or re-delivery fees for changes to addresses. Any orders returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient delivery address, inability to access a property, failure to contact a courier after a delivery attempt or failure to collect from an Australia Post outlet, will incur a re-delivery charge at the standard shipping rate. If the mistake is ours, we will pay all re-delivery fees and replace/refund gift boxes as required, however, we accept no responsibility for deliveries made where incorrect addresses are supplied and deliveries are subsequently made.
Authority to leave (ATL): During this pandemic, all parcels have ATL which means that if no one is at the nominated address when delivery is attempted, the parcel will be left at that location. If you do not want ATL, please let us know in the special instructions at checkout. Once parcels are delivered to the nominated address, we accept no responsiblity for loss.
Delivery Times/Late Deliveries: As we rely on couriers we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and times. Refunds will not be given for deliveries made outside of approximate delivery times. If a delay is a result of our error, we will refund delivery costs and work to resolve the issue asap. If your delivery is later than you expect, please first check the tracking details which we email to you once your gift is on the way (you may need to check your spam folder), and contact the courier as required.
Deliveries to hospitals: We do deliver to hospitals however it is essential that you provide the Hospital Name, Ward Name and Recipient Name (including any other name they may be known by). Also there can be delivery delays with Covid so it is very important that you check that the patient will still be in hospital when you gift is likely to arrive. If the recipient has been discharged before your gift arrives, both return and re-delivery fees will apply.
Gifts containing alcohol: Deliveries containing alcohol must be received at the delivery address by a person who is 18 years or over. When ordering gifts with alcohol from us, you declare that the intended recipient is 18 or over.
